I have taken 5 years subscription. They have really bad service and they never pick up the call. This is biggest scam ever I have seen.

I ordered the set top box in Jan. Set it up and the tv channels never worked well. The picture freezes after 2 mins and then screen goes blank. I was on 6 different calls with tech support. They finally agreed the box is defective and someone would get back to me to send me a new box. No one got back to me. It’s a roll of the dice signing up for this service. I’m down $330 and no TV. Could have signed up for sling tv instead

Nothing works. Goes down every other day and then you get to spend an hour talking to customer service only for it to go down again. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Not worth of money spent, streaming is horrible, if you want to watch a 10 mins content it will take 10 hrs. Service also resembles as it is no one responds, you will get latest episodes like 2 weeks later.

Poor service. My IP tv does not work since one week. I have been calling them and they were not answering at all. I text on WhatsApp but they do not respond till more then 3-4 hours. Once you respond they will again become ghost. Never buy. They not gonna help after you purchase.

Over the last two days we have called multiple times. Been on hold for over a half an hour each send voice WhatsApp messages, send emails, no response or quick response and then not follow through. Absolutely ridiculous!! What happened to 24/7 service?

I tried to find negative rating but i couldnt find one. I have sent multiple WhatsApp message, website chat option and phone call with over 40 mons hold time but no response from Tashan about providing customer support. My iptv box is not working. I have sent multiple referrals in the past and have been Tashan customer for past 7 years but this is the worst service I have seen. If you call them for technical support you have to prepared for 3 or 4 hours on the cellphone nobody answered call

Hey, my internet’s been super buggy for three months! I’ve contacted support at least 20 times, they promised a call back, but nothing. I’ve called four times myself, twice waiting two hours, no answer. I even tried their WhatsApp suggestions – restarting everything – still nothing. This service used to be great, but it’s terrible now.

Great iptv service been using for last 5 years. All the live channels worked over the years added many new channels and vod. I would recommend this service to everyone

I would delighted to give this horrible company for the negative service that they provide. I bought this service using this service for almost 1.5 year and have been really troublesome. I would never recommend anyone use this service. I bought a 5 year plan with them but they are not even willing to refund back for the period that is unused and give all BS reasons. They dont have service in many other countries when the service was being purchased from them and now they are not even doing any partial refunds. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

When I have an issue on the IP TV and try to contact their customer service, No one ever answers. On the live chat 2 people told me, They will call on my number in 2 hours. It’s been 24 hours and no one has called. Once I request another call, they tell me the same thing that someone will call in 2 hours. One of the worst service ever. Very poor technical support.unskill people waisted our time . He was suppose to call back in half hour and yet haven’t received call it been more than 2 hours.

Support is good whenever I needed. Manpreet supported me nicely to make my app back into working.

Tashan tv has new box is poor quality and they can not solved the problem. I have lots of problem like watching channels and suddenly stopped go to different channels same thing happened again I keep calling they cannot solved and box has warranty but they don’t want to change the box . Run away from this company. They are basically stealing your money with horrible TV service and even worse customer service. Do not fall for it. Giving them a single star as the system is not allowing me to submit without a star.

They fail to mention there are no PPV channels, channel guide is a mess, they don’t separate Canada/USA/UK, it’s a mess, I’m out $300 if they don’t refund.
