All products are sold as is.
The Tashan IPTV box includes 12 months hardware warranty. In the case of hardware issues, the customer is expected to contact Tashan TV technical support through phone or email. If Tashan TV technical support is unable to resolve the issue, the customer will be responsible for the shipment of box to Tashan TV.
The displayed price includes the following: IPTV Box, Remote Control and Power Adapter.
All prices and fees shown on your Invoice are final, and cannot be negotiated or discounted.
Full and final payment must be made at the time of purchase.
Buyer agrees that payment is non-refundable upon proof of shipment from Tashan TV.
This agreement is subject to the condition that Tashan TV approves and accepts this agreement.
No exceptions to any of the above will be entertained.
No verbal agreements will be accepted. Sales are on a "first come, first served" basis.
Tashan TV does not favour any person, and all buyers are treated equally.
